Original! Electrifying! Beautiful! The messages in the lyrics were so very relevant to our times. And you phrased them so poetically. You are a philosopher/prophet.

Christian Pop Music, otherwise known as CCM, is an artistic genre of popular music typically identified as Christian-pop, alternative, or folk music generally centered around Christian themes. Sometimes one calls them Christian pop or Christian rock since, just like music in general, both of them have a generalized sound defined as pop/rock/metal and Christian. The term Christian Pop was first used by Fitzhugh Dodson, who used it to describe his gospel and rock genre. Music theory shows that Christian Pop is centered around Christian topics and messages expressed through music, so that any melody, lyrics, rhythm, or structure will be Christian based. Christian Pop Music has been defined by the Christian Music Definition Council as music that has Christian content and messages but has nothing to do with the style of Christian worship or movement.
Christian Pop Music developed out of and is often confused with Christian R&B as it had more of a vibe similar to both genres. The sub-genre was then moved into Christian Rock and Christian Rap, which became known as the more "traditional" form of Christian Pop. However Christian rap artists like 50 cent became known for their use of complex and highly colored lyrics and beats that often took away from the original Christian subject matter. It was around this point Christian Pop music lost its sub-genre status and Christian R&B gained popularity.
Some of the earliest Christian Pop Songs were made while someone was recording a cassette tape that was given to them by a friend. The friend's son had converted to Christian Rock and was using the tape as an opportunity to talk about his faith in God. This brought about an interest in music for some of the young Christian men in America and eventually Christian Pop and Christian R&B songs became more prominent in Christian gatherings and hymnals. In addition to using tape recorders Christian Pop Music has also been recorded on guitar, piano, keyboards and other instruments and utilized in worship concerts and church worship.
Christian Pop Music can be used in worship programs, in Christian Colleges and in Christian Schools.
